The “Simplicity Bin Lifter” is ideal for schools, businesses or any waste disposal site, which requires lifting of bins into a larger bulk style bin! This simple device eliminates danger of handling 120lt & 240lt bins by hand. The frame will safely tip a weight up to 25kg.

FRAME
Lightweight, simple in construction and made from durable steel with a tough powder coated finish. The lifting handles allow the operator to wheel the unit from bin to bin with ease as it’s fitted with 2 x 200mm wheels. The legs provide stability.

LIFTING POWER
Powered by two gas struts, the operator lifts the load with assistance allowing the equipment do the hard work. All parts can be easily removed from the unit for maintenance.

OPERATION
Manoeuvre the wheelie bin onto the swing frame. Lever the bin towards the lifting device, allowing the front of the bin to be locked into position by a spring loaded safety mechanism. Unlock the padlock provided and release the first safety latch. The operator stands to the side of the Binlifter and must deliberately release the second safety latch and lift the lever to operate the lifting arm. The swing frame will ascend to 48° to release the contents of the bin and once complete, pull the swing arm down using the handles and snap back into the safety lock position.

FITMENT
Wheel the bin lifter to the front of the dumpster and slide both bulk bin catches over the top front edge and you’re ready to lift!

MAINTENANCE
Small amount of grease should be applied to pivot
points and locking mechanisms regularly.
