For heavy duty static lifting, The “Electro – Hydraulic Bin Lifter” is ideal for shopping complexes, building sites or anywhere that requires lifting of heavy bins! It is a purpose built binlifter designed to remove the danger of handling and tipping 120 & 240lt plastic mobile garbage bins up to a weight of 150kg and adjustable from 1500mm and 1800mm in tipping height.

FRAME
Lightweight, simple in construction and made from RHS steel with a tough powder coat finish. Fitted with 2 x 300mm tyres and 2 x 125mm brake castors.

POWER
Available in 12 or 240 volt modes, the Power Pak, powers the heavy-duty hydraulic ram (2” bore & 18” stroke) which is fitted with a brake valve for safety. All parts can be easily removed from the unit for maintenance.

OPERATION
Manoeuvre the wheelie bin onto the swing frame and secure the bottom of the bin. The top front of the bin will lock into position by the spring loaded safety mechanism. Stand to the side of the lifter and simply press the raise button on the pendant controller (12 volt) or turn the key to the raise position (240volt). The swing frame will ascend to 48° to empty the bin. Once complete simply press the lower button and the bin will descend at a smooth controlled rate.

FITMENT
Wheel the bin lifter to the front of the dumpster and slide both bulk bin catches over the top front edge. Secure the brake castors and you’re ready to lift!

MAINTENANCE
Small amount of grease should be applied to pivot points with the hydraulic oil levels to be checked regularly. We recommend a full service of unit every 2 years.
